Eve’s Place

After the mortgage meltdown of 2008, for ten years, Eve, a local homeowner, fought valiantly in court against the predatory lenders who had illegally bought her house out from under her and flipped it to another shark.  Eve thwarted eviction and eventually forced a settlement, but had drained her resources.  EPACANDO was able to buy back the property, and will, in due time, sell the house back to Eve at an equitable price and sell the land to Pahali CLT to ensure permanent affordability.
