A stalwart housing activist, who had moved back to his Mississippi hometown in retirement, sold his condominium to Pahali CLT in order to pass it forward to the next generation of housing activist leaders. The unit was already home to Elizabeth, herself a decades-long local housing activist, who had been twice displaced by development.

They have dedicated decades of community service to housing justice in East Palo Alto and would like their legacy to live on through the CLT.
